April's Success Story - Mark Loeffler
Mark Loeffler, dubbed The Versatile Investor by Canadian Real Estate Magazine, helps investors Canada-wide find prime rent to own real estate investing opportunities. In addition to his rent to own company Mark also teaches his proven rent to own system and publishes The Secrets of Savvy Investors, a weekly ezine discussing many issues investors face on a day to day basis. His book outlining his rent to own strategy will be out in early 2010.
With over 50 doors, Mark has seen it all in real estate investing and helps other investors avoid common real estate investing mishaps by using a high return, low risk and well-defined method of investing. Before he got into real estate investing Mark worked for Canon, selling paper and paper products. His first investment was a duplex, and was the beginning of Mark's real estate education - he quickly learned that duplexes were not a good investment strategy for him! After finding nothing but frustration with his rental properties, Mark decided there had to be a way to invest in real estate without having to do so much work! And so, his rent to own strategy was born.
Focusing on win-win situations for all involved, Mark is now a full time real estate investor and shares his education with others. What is his secret? "Goal setting is very important," he says. "Follow your strategy to the letter, and make sure that strategy is duplicatable. Once you've mastered it, do it again and again and again. That's when you will start attracting excellent opportunities and, of course, money."
