August's Success Story - Anthony & May
Mehnaz and Anthony have been actively pursuing their education in Real Estate Investing since January 2009. Having attended a primer seminar on Anthony's birthday, they both knew that this was an avenue for them to pursue their dreams. They signed on for further education that very night and didn't look back.
While they both work jobs they can (and do) enjoy, both have always known what J.O.B. really stands for, and have always desired more freedom than the rat race will EVER provide. Mehnaz currently works with the Ministry of Health, and Anthony with the TTC. "We enjoy our work, yet dislike the ties," Mehnaz explains. "Yep! I want the freedom to take my lovely wife traveling any time we please!" Anthony smiles.
One word that certainly vibes with this couple: Passion. "Our goals, our reasons, they have to be bigger than the average. If they aren't big enough to make you stare each and every setback in the face and say: "YOU'RE A LITTLE NOTHING!", then doing that extra work will never seem worth it. And you will not reach the goals in the first place. Real estate does not have to be the point. In fact, it should not be: it's a vehicle."
What's their "point"?
"I would LOVE the time to travel to developing nations for Charitable work. Developing Hospital and medical networks, and education services really interest me!" Mehnaz exclaims.
As for Anthony, in this day of mechanized manufacturing and cookie cutter objects, he designs, creates and builds unique feats of engineering. His medium? "Right now its cars," Anthony laughs, "yet I can build just about anything. While my goal is to finish building and racing the vehicle I've designed, what REALLY gets me going is having the time available to teach these skills and others to interested youngsters. I grew up in a hard way, and having strong role models, Life skills and clear focus is paramount to our next generation."
