Ljuba has been considering investing in real estate for a couple years now.  However, just like the rest of the population out there, Ljuba has an extremely busy schedule with his day job, side business, and family which includes his wife and 2 children.  He was finally able to dedicate some time to come out and attend Cash Flow Game Night.  Amazingly, he was the first one to escape the rat race and he met a couple of key contacts during the game who can help guide him to invest in his first investment property.
